Chitrasya
is a production studio based in Delhi NCR. We make ad films, brand films, and social content for brands across categories. Small team, real client work, and a lot of it goes live within days of being cut.

The role

We're hiring a full time Video Editor to work in-office from our Greater Noida studio.

You'll be editing across formats, not stuck on one. In a single week you might cut a 15-second Reel, a 2-minute brand film, and a corporate case study. The variety is the point. If you want to get good fast, this is the seat.

What you'll do
- Edit short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Cut long-format work including ad films, brand films, corporate videos, and event edits
- Organise and manage footage, project files, and exports so nothing gets lost
- Add sound design, transitions, text, and basic graphics where the edit calls for it
- Handle basic colour correction and keep grades consistent across a project
- Work directly with the director and content team, and take feedback through revisions




- Deliver multiple versions and aspect ratios for different platforms
- Hit deadlines and keep the team updated when something is slipping

What we're looking for
- 0 to 2 years of editing experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome
- Comfort with any editing software. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, whatever you already know well. We care about the output, not the tool
- A sense of pacing and rhythm. You should know when to cut and when to hold
- Basic understanding of sound. A good edit with bad audio is a bad edit
- Willingness to take feedback and revise without ego
- Available to work in-office in Greater Noida

Bonus, not required
- Motion graphics or After Effects
- Colour grading beyond the basics
- Shooting experience, or comfort on set
- An eye for trends in short-form content
