- Preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital infrastructure and equipment.
- Monitoring electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, UPS and other utility systems.
- Attending breakdowns and ensuring minimum downtime.
- Supervising technicians and maintenance contractors.
- Maintaining maintenance records and reports.
