Position: Store Manager Retail Pharmacy

What We're Looking For

Graduate with relevant experience in Retail Pharmacy Operations
4+ years of experience, preferably in pharmacy/retail
Strong team handling & leadership skills
Good communication & customer service skills
Strong knowledge of inventory & store operations
Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations
• Manage & motivate the pharmacy team
• Drive sales, customer service & store performance
• Ensure accurate inventory, stock & expiry management




• Maintain pharmacy compliance and operational SOPs
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer experience
• Drive diagnostics & omnichannel business
• Ensure store hygiene and operational excellence

License: Valid Punjab State Pharmacy Council License is mandatory.
