Junior Associate – Import, Export & Sourcing Operations

The Role

We need a hands-on associate to manage sourcing, procurement, and supply chain logistics for bespoke packaging moving from China and India to the UK.

Key Responsibilities

 Sourcing & Vendors: Find and vet suppliers (primarily India/China), negotiate rates, and oversee quality control for custom orders.

 Logistics: Prepare import/export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, and track shipments to the UK.

 Operations: Maintain accurate order management sheets, update SOPs, and handle basic CRM data entry.

Requirements

 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or import/export.

 Robust knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and international trade principles.

 Highly proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.

 Bonus: Knowledge of UK customs procedures and Asian logistics routes.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
