About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Management Trainee/Associate to join our NBFC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 02 years of experience who is eager to build a career in financial services, business development, and capital markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales orientation, be highly organized, possess excellent analytical skills, and be quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in business development and relationship management.
- Coordinate with wealth partners, distributors, corporates, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
- Maintain MIS, trackers, and reports using Excel.
- Assist in fundraising, liability management, and execution of transactions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with operations, legal, compliance, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Handle multiple assignments while ensuring timely follow-ups and high attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile:




- 02 years of work experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply).
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in interacting with clients.
- Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
- Familiarity with financial markets is an added advantage.
