Deputy Manager – Operations
to manage e-commerce projects, lead teams, drive client satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.

E-commerce Operations

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or multiple projects and own deliverables & team performance

• Guide team leads and resolve project-related challenges

• Manage communication with clients and onsite/offsite project managers

• Act as the primary solution provider for assigned projects

• Drive process improvements, productivity and quality enhancement

• Handle training for current project requirements and team members

• Prepare Excel reports and process documentation

• Resolve Seller/Partner issues using multiple technology applications





• Work independently using client knowledge bases, policies and procedures

? Mandatory Requirements

✔ 2+ years of people management experience

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ E-commerce industry experience, preferably
content/cataloguing

✔ Strong MS Excel skills —
Lookups, Pivot Tables & Reporting

✔ Proficiency in
MS Word & PowerPoint

✔ Strong documentation and presentation skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

✔ Flexible to work in
rotational and US shifts
