Role Description
The Business Development Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The trainee will support business development activities by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation campaigns, and conducting basic market research on target industries.



Daily tasks include engaging with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and meetings, maintaining and updating client databases, and preparing simple reports or presentations on business opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, responding to client inquiries, and providing timely follow-up to strengthen relationships. The position is designed to provide structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience to help the trainee grow into a business development professional.
