Job Title: Business Development Manager
Experience: 4-5 years
Location: Narhe, Pune
Date of Joining: 01/09/2026 Or may be earlier
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / BBA /(Sales & Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment

Compensation

You will be offered a compensation package in the range of 4 7 LPA which will be based on your qualifications, performance, skills, and evaluation during the Employment period. Detailed compensation structure will be shared separately.

Role & Responsibilities

you will be responsible for:
- Generating and managing business leads
- Communicating with clients via calls, emails, and meetings




- Supporting the sales team in achieving targets
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Assisting in marketing campaigns and strategies
- Maintaining CRM data and follow-ups
- Participating in client meetings, site visits, and presentations
