About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Creative Head to lead our content, branding, and design initiatives for Move My Stuff Australia and AirMove. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, maintaining a consistent brand identity, and planning creative designs across digital and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create and manage the monthly content calendar.
- Plan content for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Plan and oversee creative designs for digital and offline marketing materials.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all content and designs are creative, consistent,



and aligned with the target audience.
- Monitor current design, branding, and content trends.
- Review and approve creative work before publication.
- Support marketing campaigns with fresh ideas, concepts, and creative direction.

Requirements
- Experience in creative management, content strategy, branding, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital content, social media, and brand communication.
- Good knowledge of graphic design principles and creative planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with solid attention to detail.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in the logistics, removals, transport, or service industry will be an advantage.
