Your Opportunity
- As a Mechanical Engineer in Robotics, you will play a key role in the design, development, integration, and qualification of complex automation and robotics subsystems used in semiconductor equipment. This role requires robust technical depth in robotics, mechanism design, subsystem integration, and engineering analysis, along with the ability to work independently on complex problems and make sound engineering judgments based on multiple sources of information.
- You will serve as a technical resource within the team, contribute to subsystem ownership from design through validation, and work across mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and supplier teams to resolve issues and drive robust engineering outcomes. In this senior-level role, you will also support less experienced engineers through technical guidance and mentoring, while contributing to small project leadership and cross-functional alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the design and development of complex automation and robotics subsystems,



supporting engineering projects that require integration across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software domains. Serve as the design engineering authority for defined sub-modules, determining hardware and software specifications, detailed designs, and working parameters to ensure subsystem compatibility and performance.
- Complete detailed design of components and assemblies such as material handling robots, transfer mechanisms, substrate transfer and storage modules, and associated electrical/control subsystems including motion controllers. Conduct detailed engineering analysis of robotic and automation subsystems using kinematics, dynamics, mechanism design, synthesis, and other analytical methods to resolve complex technical issues.
