Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Training Operations
- Manage end-to-end corporate training operations and schedules.
- Coordinate trainers, client communication, logistics, and training calendars.
- Facilitate pre-training discussions and share training materials.
- Monitor training delivery, resolve operational issues, and ensure successful program execution.
- Coordinate certifications, participant communications, and post-training activities.

Key Account Management
- Manage assigned key client accounts and build long-term relationships.




- Understand customer training plans and prepare periodic training calendars.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, reports, and invoices.
- Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, and service delivery.
- Track purchase orders, collections, customer feedback, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Conduct customer review meetings and resolve escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Project Operations
- Coordinate consulting and certification projects from planning to completion.
- Schedule consultants, track project milestones, and maintain project dashboards.
- Organize review meetings and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Business Operations
- Develop and maintain SOPs and operational processes.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct operational reviews, and drive process improvements.
