About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to develop new B2B business through market visits, customer meetings, lead generation and order conversion.
You will work closely with customers and our technical team to understand requirements and offer suitable MCS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales leads from industrial areas and potential customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Manage leads and sales activities through CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up for pending payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Submit daily field visit reports and expense statements.
- Identify recent industries, customers and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Participate in product and sales training.
- Support customer feedback and service coordination.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Sales, Marketing or Engineering preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales or industrial sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales processes.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with regular travel and customer visits.
- Good customer relationship and documentation skills.
- Industrial automation, electrical, instrumentation or technical-product sales experience will be an advantage.
