Associate UI/UX Designer

with a focus on websites and products to join our team and grow with us while contributing to user-centric, visually stunning, and highly functional designs.

Role Overview

As a Associate UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to assist in creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional websites and dashboards. You’ll gain hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and crafting UI designs while learning how to balance creativity and usability in real-world projects. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience who is eager to learn, contribute,



and develop into a well-rounded designer.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design
- Assist in user research, creating user flows, and understanding user needs.
- Support in developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups under guidance.
- Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to turn requirements into effective experiences.

User Interface Design
- Design clean, visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure designs are responsive and user-friendly across devices and screen sizes.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Collaboration and Growth
- Work with cross-functional teams including content and development to deliver cohesive projects.
- Stay curious and updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and team discussions.
