Business Development Manager

Job Purpose
Drive project sales growth by developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality and premium real estate sector, including architects, interior designers, PMCs, builders, hotel chains, consultants, and institutional clients. The role will focus on specification selling, project acquisition, and revenue generation from luxury hospitality and high-end commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive project sales across luxury hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, commercial developments, and institutional projects.
- Identify and develop current business channels through Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Builders, Hotel Groups, Consultants, and Hospitality Operators.
- Generate specifications and secure project approvals to drive revenue conversion.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, HNIs, Hotel Owners,
Project Consultants, and other key influencers.
- Regularly engage with decision-makers to identify upcoming project opportunities.
- Keep customers and influencers informed about new product launches, collections, and solutions.
Project Tracking & Conversion
- Develop and manage a healthy project pipeline from specification stage to order closure.
- Track hospitality and luxury real estate projects and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, design support, product presentations, sampling, and project execution.
Market Development
- Conduct product presentations, networking events, and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming project developments.
- Expand the company's presence within the hospitality and luxury project ecosystem.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-12 years of experience in Project Sales / Business
