Job Description: Sales Manager (Personal Loans and Business Loans)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

We are looking for Sales Managers with 3-7 years of experience working in or with Banks, NBFCs, financial distribution channels to source and manage Personal Loans and Business Loans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate self-sourced leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans and OD/CC.
- Build and maintain relationships with CAs, DSAs, dealers, corporates, and business connectors.
- Assess customer financials (ITR, GST, bank statements, balance sheets) and coordinate with credit teams.
- Liaise with bank/NBFC stakeholders for underwriting, approvals, valuations, and disbursements.
- Drive business across the region through independent market development.

Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in Personal Loans and/or Business Loans.
- Solid local network with proven self-sourcing ability.
- Knowledge of credit assessment, CAM, loan documentation and bank policies.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi, Tamil, Telugu preferred.
