Job Summary
We are seeking a
Test Automation Developer
with
4 -6
years
of experience in Quality Engineering and Automation Testing.



The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in
Playwright, Selenium, Java, and Python
, along with hands-on experience in
AI-enabled automation
. The role involves leading automation framework development, mentoring team members, and driving AI adoption to improve test efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
- Develop automation scripts using Java and Python.
- Lead automation initiatives and mentor a team of automation engineers.
- Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement AI-enabled automation capabilities such as script generation, self-healing, intelligent test data generation, and failure analysis.
- Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams in Agile environments.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure automation best practices.
