Outgoing Control Inspector

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outgoing/final inspection of finished products before dispatch.
- Verify product dimensions, appearance, quantity, and workmanship as per customer requirements.
- Perform inspections using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Screw Gauge, Gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Verify product identification, specifications, batch/lot numbers, and traceability.
- Check packing, labeling, and product condition before dispatch.
- Ensure inspection reports and required quality documents are completed accurately.
- Identify, record, and segregate defective or non-conforming products.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Packing, and Dispatch teams regarding quality issues.
- Verify that customer-specific requirements are fulfilled before shipment.
- Maintain outgoing inspection records and quality documentation.
- Support investigation and corrective action for customer complaints and repeated defects.
- Ensure proper handling and calibration of measuring instruments.
- Follow company quality procedures, 5S, and safety requirements.





Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or related discipline.

Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Outgoing/Final Quality Inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or precision engineering industry.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Screw Gauge, and gauges.
- Knowledge of dimensional inspection and quality control procedures.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and report product defects effectively.
