About the Role

We are looking for a
creative and skilled Video Editor
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
and have hands-on experience in creating engaging
YouTube videos, Instagram Reels/Shorts, and podcast content
.

You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality, engaging content that strengthens our digital presence and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Create engaging and trend-driven Instagram Reels and Shorts.

• Edit podcast videos and audio, including syncing, noise reduction, and sound enhancement.

• Add transitions, graphics, animations, text overlays, and visual effects.

• Collaborate with the Content, Marketing, and Design teams.

• Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Organize and maintain project files and media assets.





• Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing and social media trends.

Requirements

• Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
.

• Strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, and composition.

• Experience in editing
Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and podcasts
.

• Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design.

• Understanding of social media video formats and trends.

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Audition.

• Basic motion graphics and animation skills.

• Experience working with a digital marketing, media, or EdTech company.

• A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
