Head - Tenant Management

Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Key Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end Tenant Management function across redevelopment and SRA projects, with strategic ownership of tenant engagement, society and stakeholder management, consent acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement, transit accommodation, relocation, possession and handover, grievance resolution, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete tenant engagement process across redevelopment and SRA projects.
- Oversee tenant verification, eligibility assessment, documentation, agreement execution, and consent collection.
- Manage rehabilitation and resettlement activities, including transit accommodation and tenant relocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, housing societies, rehabilitation beneficiaries, and government authorities.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and grievance resolution.
- Lead possession planning, allotment, handover, and occupancy formalities.
- Ensure compliance with SRA, MHADA,



redevelopment, rehabilitation, legal, and statutory requirements.
- Mitigate tenant, stakeholder, regulatory, and project execution risks.
- Collaborate with Development, Projects, Construction, CRM, Legal, Liaisoning, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Lead and develop the Tenant Management team to achieve project and organizational objectives.

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any stream. PG will be an added advantage.
- 20-25 years of experience in Real Estate Tenant Management, SRA Projects, Redevelopment Projects, Rehabilitation & Resettlement, Society Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Consent Management, and Possession Management.
- Solid exposure to Mumbai redevelopment and SRA projects.
- Demonstrated experience in tenant relationships, stakeholder negotiations, rehabilitation activities, and statutory compliance.
