Role & responsibilities
- Managing quality assurance & control function for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, systems range of products
- Guidance for continuous product quality improvement and enhancement
- Streamlining fabrication and other related processes for effective output
- Initiate, sensitize and implement best manufacturing and process practices in QAC and other teams
- Orient and train team at shop floor and supervisors for quality accreditations such as ISO, ASME and other global standards relevant for business.
- Mentor the team for welding, fabrication quality output
- Streamlining workflow through implementation of valuable manufacturing practices like 5S, Kaizen, TPM, etc.
- Guiding for welding & fabrication processes as per ISO/ TEMA/ ASME, etc.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must have experience of handling QAC function in a fabrication facility. ASME U stamp exposure is required.
- Must have detailed knowledge of welding technology for SS & exotic material
- Must have experience of production planning for shop floor & handling team
- Knowledge of ISO, ASME, TEMA and other processes and related design standards is required
- Knowledge of fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping, and related equipment.
