About the Role
We're looking for a high-ownership RPO Implant to be deployed at a client location in Mumbai. This role is not about basic sourcing — it's about owning hiring delivery end-to-end, influencing stakeholders, and driving closure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requirement intake sourcing closure)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role nuances and urgency
- Build solid internal stakeholder relationships and become the go-to hiring SPOC
- Drive quality pipelines, not just volume




- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and consistent closures
- Maintain process hygiene (ATS updates, reporting, tracking)
- Proactively solve hiring challenges — not escalate everything

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience (Agency/RPO preferred)
- Strong experience in client-facing or on-site roles
- Ability to handle pressure, multiple roles, and demanding stakeholders
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- High accountability and ownership mindset
- Experience hiring for IT / Tech / SAP roles
