Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in facade, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, and architectural metal works.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, techno-commercial proposals, and tender submissions for facade projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and client requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs for glazing, curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, louvers, railings, skylights, doors, windows, and associated facade elements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, fabrication, installation, logistics, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors for aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, and accessories.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, bid summaries, and tender submissions.




- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for technical clarifications.
- Analyze project specifications and identify potential risks, exclusions, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain estimation databases, standard costing sheets, and rate analysis records.
- Assist in value engineering and optimization of facade systems.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and client discussions when required.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and tenders.

- Skylights and Canopies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microstation.
