Brightsun Travel is looking for a Meta Sales Executive with strong experience in flight sales through metasearch platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Flights, Skyscanner, Kayak, and Jetcost, along with strong knowledge of GDS, airline fares, ticketing, routing, and international travel.

The candidate will be responsible for converting flight enquiries into bookings, achieving sales targets, handling complex itineraries, and maximizing revenue through flight and ancillary sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight sales through metasearch platforms such as Google Flights, Skyscanner, Kayak, and Jetcost.
- Convert high volumes of flight enquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales, revenue, and profit targets.
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings across multiple Point of Sale (POS) markets.
- Provide suitable flight options by comparing published, private, consolidator, and negotiated fares.
- Handle PNRs, itinerary building, multi-city bookings, complex routings, reissues, refunds,



and cancellations.
- Manage fare calculations, fare rules, ticket restrictions, baggage policies, and airline policies.
- Handle voluntary and involuntary changes, schedule changes, cancellations, and other airline-related requirements.
- Identify upselling opportunities such as seat selection, additional baggage, adaptable fares, premium cabins, and other ancillary services.
- Monitor competitor pricing, airline promotions, and market trends to maintain competitive pricing.
- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and closing effectively.
- Ensure accuracy and productivity while working in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
- Maintain strong knowledge of airline route networks, stopovers, transit requirements, and destination-specific travel regulations.
