- Evaluate patients physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities
- Identify functional limitations affecting daily activities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on
- Implement therapy programs to improve activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide training in self-care, mobility, and functional tasks
- Conduct hand therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and sensory integration therapy
- Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment
- Facilitate return to work, school, and community activities
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety
- Maintain accurate patient records, assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes




- Prepare therapy reports for interdisciplinary teams and insurance requirements
- Work closely with physicians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and nurses
- Participate in case conferences and rehabilitation planning
- Coordinate care to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Provide occupational therapy services across age groups as assigned
- Address developmental delays, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and mental health needs
