- B.Arch with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design for residential and/or commercial buildings

Strong portfolio demonstrating working drawings, municipal submission sets, and detailed architectural layouts for multi-storey projects

Hands-on experience in preparing GFC drawings and coordinating with structural and MEP consultants
- Hands-on experience in preparing GFC drawings and coordinating with structural and MEP consultants
Good knowledge of building bye-laws, UDCPR/local development control regulations, and basic understanding of NBC norms

Proficiency in 2D drafting and detailing using AutoCAD for architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details
