We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store presence across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, website management, and data analytics to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
The E-Commerce Specialist will play a key role in developing creative marketing campaigns, improving website functionality, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Walmart.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization, to improve search engine rankings.
- Design and create engaging graphics using AI tools or Adobe Photoshop for online promotions and product displays.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing strategies.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Analyze traffic patterns, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Conduct keyword research to identify trending keywords for organic and paid marketing growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for future marketing improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart marketplaces.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
