Role & responsibilities

Candidate will be based at their Indore Plant
- Candidate will be responsible for leading overall Engineering & Maintenance operations and ensuring maximum plant uptime.
- Candidate will be responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance with focus on MTBF, MTTR and OEE.
- Candidate will be responsible for managing plant utilities including HVAC, electrical, DG, compressors, boilers and water systems.
- Candidate will be responsible for equipment reliability, RCA, CAPA, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
- Candidate will be responsible for Engineering CAPEX/OPEX, cost optimization and energy efficiency.
- Candidate will be responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, qualification and validation.
- Candidate will be responsible for GMP/GxP, GEP, GDP, Data Integrity, QMS, EHS and statutory compliance.
- Candidate will be responsible for audit readiness and timely closure of observations.




- Candidate will be responsible for vendor, contractor, AMC/CMC and critical spare management.
- Candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the Engineering team.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should have B.Tech in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering with solid experience in Pharmaceutical Plant Engineering & Maintenance.
- Candidate should have expertise in Utilities, HVAC, Facility Management and Equipment Reliability.
- Candidate should have knowledge of GMP/GxP, Qualification & Validation, RCA/CAPA and TPM/Kaizen.
- Candidate should have experience in CAPEX/OPEX, vendor management and energy optimization.
- Candidate should have strong leadership, team management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
