Role Overview





We are looking for a Java Squad Lead who is a solid hands-on Java specialist and an experienced technical leader capable of leading a self-sufficient engineering squad.

As a Squad Lead, you will drive engineering decisions, guide a team of 3–6 developers, and take ownership of delivering product features from design through deployment. You will work closely with the Product Owner to understand feature requirements, drive technical estimations, resolve complex engineering challenges, and ensure high-quality delivery.

This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who has transitioned into technical leadership and enjoys solving complex engineering problems while mentoring and enabling a team.
