We are looking for a
Manager – GTM Training & Onboarding
with
10–13 years of experience
in
Training, L&D;, Sales Enablement, Onboarding, or GTM Operations
.

Location - Noida

Shift - Night Shift

Experience in L&D; with corporate sales training experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end
onboarding and training
for Sales, BD, Customer Success and other GTM teams.
- Design and deliver
sales/product/process training
and onboarding programs.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, assessments and learning content.
- Track
training completion, employee readiness, productivity and ramp-up time
.
- Conduct assessments, role plays and certifications to evaluate readiness.
- Work closely with
HR, Hiring Managers, GTM Leaders and Operations
.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and report training/readiness metrics.
- Drive
process improvement and standardization
of GTM onboarding.

Must Have:

10–13 years | Training/L&D; | Sales Enablement | GTM/Sales Onboarding | Solid presentation & facilitation | Stakeholder management | LMS/CRM/Virtual training tools
