Job Title: Corporate Lawyer
Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore
Experience: 3+ Years
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Industry: Solar & Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and other commercial documents.
- Provide legal support for corporate matters, business transactions, partnerships, and strategic agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, labour, and regulatory laws.
- Review legal documents and identify potential legal, contractual, and business risks.
- Handle legal notices, claims, disputes, and coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants.
- Maintain and manage corporate legal records, agreements, statutory documents, and compliance trackers.
- Provide legal guidance to HR, Finance, Procurement, Projects, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Support negotiation and resolution of contractual and commercial disputes.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and advise management on necessary actions.




- Willingness to travel to project sites, offices, or other locations as and when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; LLM is an added advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Corporate/Commercial Law.
- Prior experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate sectors is preferred.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal documentation.
- Valuable knowledge of corporate law, contract law, labour laws, and applicable statutory/regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
