Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing efforts, drive lead generation, and strengthen our brand presence across all regions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence. You'll be responsible for creating impactful marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing a small creative team, and providing clear performance insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategies across our UAE, India, Greece, and Bulgaria operations.
- Create market-specific campaigns tailored to different sectors, client segments, and candidate audiences.




- Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging for local market needs.

Social media & Paid Campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Oversee organic social media content and engagement strategies.
- Take ownership of campaign budgets, lead generation targets, and ROI performance.

Outbound Marketing
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated nurture sequences.
- Drive lead generation through WhatsApp marketing platforms such as WATI, Brevo, or similar tools.
- Continuously test, analyze, and improve conversion rates across outbound channels.

Campaign Planning & Reporting
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports directly to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
