Job Title: Project Coordinator - Mumbai

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate interior design project activities from planning to execution. The role involves coordination with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure projects are executed smoothly, within timelines, and as per company standards.

Job Responsibility

1. Project Planning & Coordination
· Coordinate project activities, timelines, and daily execution updates.
· Assist in planning project schedules and tracking progress.
· Ensure smooth coordination between design, execution, procurement, and client teams.

2. Client & Team Coordination
· Act as a communication bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
· Conduct regular follow-ups and provide project status updates to management.
· Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action points.

3. Site Coordination & Execution Support
· Coordinate with site teams for execution progress and material requirements.




· Visit sites whenever required to monitor progress and resolve coordination issues.
· Ensure work execution is aligned with approved drawings and project timelines.

4. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and records systematically.
· Prepare daily/weekly project updates and coordination reports.
· Track pending issues, approvals, and project deliverables.

5. Vendor & Material Coordination
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material delivery and follow-ups.
· Track procurement schedules and ensure timely material availability at site.
· Support in quotation comparison, BOQ coordination, and billing follow-ups.

6. Process Management & Quality Control
· Ensure project workflow follows company SOPs and processes.
· Identify delays or coordination gaps and proactively resolve issues.
