- Robust hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes
- Worked on CI/CD pipelines in AWS/Azure/ GCP
- Worked on Customer Support via Voice, Chat etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support on Designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
- Provision, configure, and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Build and manage Docker containers.
- Deploy and maintain Kubernetes / OpenShift clusters.
- Monitor production systems and applications for incidents and outages.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
