About the Role: -

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities and build a strong online presence for the brand.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, AI SEO, content strategy, and Instagram marketing, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and conversion optimization.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and measuring marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, website traffic, qualified leads, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research,



competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding, and conversions.
- Track and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI.

2. SEO & AI SEO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets for search engines.
- Develop and implement AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Stay updated with changes in Google algorithms, AI search, search behaviour, and emerging SEO trends.
