Role Description
This is a full time Business Intelligence Developer role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement,



allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that support HummingBird’s analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the talent lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing data models, developing dashboards and reports, implementing and maintaining data warehousing solutions, and managing ETL processes to ensure data quality and consistency. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver scalable BI solutions. The Business Intelligence Developer will also monitor performance, troubleshoot data issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics capabilities and data governance practices.
