Source candidates through platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, Apna, etc
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Conduct follow-up calls and maintain candidate communication
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines

Coordinate with HR and marketing teams
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring records
- Support onboarding and team management activities
- Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calling and coordinating with candidates
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with Linkedin, Internshala,



or job portals is a plus
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment
