AM Electrical

We are seeking an experienced AM Electrical skilled to join our team in Warora. The role involves comprehensive electrical maintenance, including preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment breakdown response, shutdown planning and execution, and shift operations management. The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance of electrical systems, adhere to safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous plant operations.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using monitoring tools and data analysis to anticipate equipment failures.
- Respond promptly to electrical equipment breakdowns, diagnosing issues and executing effective repairs.
- Plan and coordinate shutdown activities, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety protocols.




- Manage daily shift operations, supervising maintenance activities and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize electrical system performance.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Strong knowledge of electrical equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in shutdown planning and execution.
- Ability to work effectively in shift operations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
