Looking for a candidate with experience in FMCG sales and distribution in Kochi.

Requirements:

1. Atleast 3+ years experience in FMCG sales and distribution.

2. Excellent leadership,communication and negotiation skills.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales target and expanding distribution.

4. Ability to lead teams ,manage conflicts and drive field productivity.

Key responibilities:

1. Managing inventory with FIFO/FEFO to avoid stockout and expiries.

2. Optimizing storage layouts for faster movement.

3. Overseeing accurate picking, packing and timely dispatch.

4. Leading & Training teams while enforcing safety standards.

5. Leveraging WMS & Automation for efficiency .

6. Controlling costs by reducing wastage and pilferage.

7. Ensuring Compliance with labeling , hygiene and safety norms.

8. Managing Credit to retailers and tracking outstanding with team. Ensuring outstanding is duly collected with retailers in the permitted time period.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
