Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level CRM Executive to support lead generation, customer coordination, and basic marketing activities for industrial machines. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in B2B industrial sales.

Role & Responsibilities

CRM Management
- Update customer data in CRM
- Maintain enquiry records
- Track lead status
- Update follow-up schedules

Follow-Up Coordination
- Follow up with customers for quotations and discussions
- Remind team members about pending actions
- Coordinate internally with Sales and Design teams

Documentation
- Maintain customer records
- Manage reports and documentation

Administrative Support
- Office coordination
- Filing and record maintenance
- Basic purchase/admin support

MIS Reporting




- Daily task updates
- Lead tracking reports
- Follow-up reports

Key Skills Required
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn industrial products and operation processes
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups and multitasking
- Willingness to travel for occasional sales and customer meetings
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Graduate in Marketing, Mechanical, or any relevant field
- Technical background will be an added advantage

Freshers with robust MIS reporting & digital marketing skills may also apply.
