About the Role

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager who understands how online marketplaces work and can take care of our day-to-day e-commerce operations. The person should be comfortable working on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage our daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and update product listings, prices, images, and product information.
- Keep track of orders, returns, cancellations, inventory, and sales.
- Monitor marketplace performance and work on improving sales.
- Manage and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Check account health, ratings, reviews, and other important marketplace metrics.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and customer support teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
- Handle marketplace issues, seller support tickets, claims, and other platform-related problems.
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports.




- Keep an eye on competitors, pricing, and marketplace trends.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho is required.
- Experience with other platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Blinkit, Zepto, Nykaa, etc. will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce operations, listings, inventory, orders, returns, and advertising.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who can take ownership of their work and manage tasks independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
