At The Design Plexus, we design spaces that are thoughtful, timeless, and detail-driven. We're looking for an Architect who can take ownership of design development, technical detailing, coordination, and execution across projects.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Vacancy: 1

We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong architectural design and space planning skills
- Experience in developing projects from concept to design development
- Strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailing
- Experience in preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation
- Positive understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems
- Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details
- Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Experience in site visits and coordination with contractors and site teams
- Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution




- Ability to identify and resolve design and execution-related issues
- Experience in coordinating drawings, details, materials, and site requirements
- Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines

Software Skills:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Rhino
- D5 Render
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office
- AI Tools (+Points)
- Revit (Preferred)

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
