We are looking for an experienced General Manager Operations who can bring strong operational and administrative expertise from any relevant industry and apply it effectively in a dynamic school environment.

Role Overview

The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the overall administrative and operational functioning of the school. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams, facilities, vendors, budgets, compliance, safety, and day-to-day operations while ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.





The ideal candidate should have robust ownership, execution, people management, and problem-solving capabilities and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the school.
- Develop and implement processes and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination across academic, administrative, and support functions.
- Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the administrative and support teams, ensuring clear delegation and accountability.

Safety, Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement SOPs for school safety, security, emergency response, and crisis management.
