Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cisco Presales Engineer to support our partners and sales teams in designing, positioning, and delivering Cisco-based solutions. The role involves deep technical expertise, solution architecture, and close collaboration with sales, partners, and Cisco teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate Cisco solutions
- Provide presales technical support including solution design, BoM creation, and proposal documentation
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to partners and customers
- Support partner enablement through training sessions and workshops on Cisco technologies
- Engage with Cisco account teams for deal registrations, pricing, and solution validation
- Assist in RFP/RFI responses and ensure timely submission with accurate technical details
- Stay updated on Cisco product portfolio,



including networking, security, collaboration, and data center solutions
- Work with internal teams for order configuration, licensing, and solution compliance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies (Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, Collaboration, Data Center)
- Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and networking concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to design scalable and cost-effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Certifications
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Cisco Specialist certifications (Security / Collaboration / Data Center – added advantage)
