We are looking for the candidate who will be responsible

for the end-to-end development, optimization, scale-up and commercialization of liquid, powder, gel and granule formulations, working with various agrochemical technical-grade active ingredients and formulation additives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize liquid, powder, gel, granule and combination formulations.
- Handle and evaluate different agrochemical technical / active ingredients, solvents, carriers, surfactants and additives.
- Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batches, scale-up and technology transfer to production.
- Troubleshoot formulation issues related to stability, viscosity, separation, particle size, efficacy, moisture and shelf life.




- Work closely with Production, QC, QA, Procurement and Regulatory teams for product development and commercialization.
- Optimize formulation cost, raw-material usage, yield and manufacturing processes.

• Conduct stability, compatibility and performance studies and

maintain formulation documentation .

Candidates should have hands-on experience in formulation development and commercial manufacturing,
