We're hiring an Operations Executive to own day-to-day manual operations work at Wayne Enterprises. This isn't a role with one fixed scope the work will span different parts of the business as needs come up, including tasks handed over by the support team. Success in this role looks like consistently accurate, well-organized data work and a habit of finding faster ways to get things done rather than repeating manual effort. The role reports into Operations and works closely with the support team and other functions across the company.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute day-to-day manual operations tasks across different areas of the business
- Pick up and resolve ad hoc requests, including tasks handed over by the support team
- Build, maintain, and update trackers, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets or Excel
- Work with large data sets using lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and other functions to keep data clean and reliable
- Identify recurring or time-consuming tasks and find faster ways to complete them, using AI tools where helpful,



instead of relying on manual repetition every time
- Flag issues, gaps, or inefficiencies proactively rather than waiting to be asked
- Coordinate with multiple teams to get tasks done end to end

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including large data sets, lookups, and pivot tables
- Ability to produce clean, presentable reports from raw data
- A problem-solving mindset someone who thinks about how to complete a task more efficiently, including using AI tools, rather than defaulting to the same manual process every time
- Comfortable with a role where the day-to-day scope can shift and isn't always predictable
- 0–1 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working with and coordinating across multiple teams
