Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Junior Associate based in Noida. The Junior Associate will assist in researching legal cases, drafting legal documents, and providing support in courtroom proceedings. The role involves preparing case files, managing client interactions, conducting legal analysis,



and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Junior Associate will also collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective strategies for representing clients.

Qualifications
- Strong Research and Legal Analysis skills
- Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents and Contracts
- Effective Communication and Client Relationship Management abilities
- Knowledge of Legal Compliance, Procedures, and Case Law
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in corporate or civil law practice is a plus
