About the Role

We're hiring two Outreach Specialists to drive our link-building and digital PR efforts for B2B clients. You'll build genuine relationships with publishers, journalists, and site owners to earn high-quality backlinks and press mentions that strengthen domain authority and support GEO/AI-citation visibility.

Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of relevant, high-authority sites/publications for guest posts, backlinks, and PR mentions
- Run personalized outreach campaigns via email (and LinkedIn where relevant) — not templated spam
- Negotiate placements, guest post opportunities, and collaborations
- Track outreach performance: response rates, placements secured, DA/DR of links earned
- Coordinate with the Content team to ensure pitched content matches publisher requirements
- Coordinate with the SEO Manager to align link-building priorities with GEO/AI-citation goals
- Maintain and grow a database of media contacts, bloggers,



and site owners across client industries (Tech, Manufacturing, Fintech, Healthcare)
- Report weekly on outreach pipeline and link-building progress

Requirements
- 3–5 years in link-building, digital PR, or outreach (agency experience preferred)
- Robust written communication — outreach emails need to convert, not just get sent
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs/Semrush (for prospecting and DA/DR checks), Hunter.io/similar for email discovery, and CRM/outreach tools
- Persistent, organized, and comfortable with a high-volume, relationship-building role
- Bonus: existing relationships with publishers/journalists in tech or B2B media, and awareness of how off-page work influences GEO/AI-citation outcomes
