We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Manager to oversee sales, marketing execution, and team performance in Visakhapatnam. In this role, you will lead a dedicated sales and marketing team, manage site visits, drive lead conversions, and take complete ownership of the sales funnel from first contact to final deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Sales & Revenue Generation
- Take complete ownership of the complete sales cycle: lead allocation, site visits, client negotiations, booking confirmations, and documentation.
- Personally handle high-value prospects, key clients, and complex deal closures.
- Ensure team targets for bookings and unit closures are consistently met.

2. Field Planning & Daily Operations
- Prepare and issue daily movement plans, site visit schedules, and targeted follow-up activities for the sales team.
- Supervise daily field movements, local promotional campaigns, and channel partner activities.
- Track lead flow from digital and offline channels to ensure high conversion rates.

Team Building & Performance Management
- Coordinate with HR to recruit, interview, and onboard high-performing sales and marketing executives.
- Assign daily performance targets, monitor call/visit ratios, and maintain team discipline and morale.
- Conduct regular training on pitch refinement, objection handling, and client follow-ups.

4. Reporting & Operational Alignment
- Submit weekly performance and conversion reports to management/HR covering lead pipelines, site visits, and closures.
- Serve as the central communication bridge between field staff, HR, and senior leadership.
- Enforce company policies, attendance guidelines, and brand standards across all marketing efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing (Residential / Commercial / Plots).
- Age Group: 35 to 40 years.
