About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Learning & Development skilled to join our GCC team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing end-to-end L&D; initiatives, designing impactful learning programs, driving organizational development, and partnering with business stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce.

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, technology functions, and GCC operating models to effectively identify capability gaps, design relevant learning interventions, and support business transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- The candidate must be Post graduate.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC), IT Services, Technology, Product Engineering, or Digital Transformation environment.
- Certifications in Learning & Development.
- Experience with LMS platforms, learning analytics tools, and digital learning solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies





· Proven track record of managing external training partners, niche technical vendors, or platform providers.

· Experience in content curation and designing blended learning journeys utilizing internal and external digital ecosystems.

· Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and learning analytics.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of competency frameworks and capability-building strategies.
