Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and experienced Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The selected candidate will support nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing safe, efficient, and quality patient care.

Candidates with ANM or General Duty Assistant (GDA) qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist nurses in providing basic patient care and daily care activities.
- Support patients with mobility, personal hygiene, feeding, and other routine needs.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition to the nursing team.
- Assist with measuring and recording vital signs as required.
- Support nurses during patient procedures and clinical activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient-care areas.
- Assist with transferring and positioning patients safely.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.




- Maintain proper documentation as assigned.
- Provide compassionate and respectful support to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff.

Qualifications & Requirements
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) or General Duty Assistant (GDA) qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
- Good patient-care and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and qualified attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, as required.
- Candidates with hospital or clinical-care experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,749.13 per month
